The Danish Refugee Council is a private humanitarian organisation who works independently of the authorities. The Danish Refugee Council provides legal counselling to asylum seekers in Denmark.
As a private organisation, we cannot change the status of your case – only the Danish authorities can do so. However, we provide personal, legal counselling and can answer your questions about the procedures, rules and regulations of the asylum system. All our counsellors have a duty of confidentiality.
